Harmony Kitchen NYC will be serving Southern BBQ Panini, Chick Melt Panini*, Grilled Chipotle Tofu Sandwich*, Spicy Hummus Avocado Wrap*, Chorizo Empanada, Spinach Empanada, Dill Potato Salad*, ?Bacon? Caesar Salad, Chocolate Chocolate Brownie*, and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie (*gluten free or gluten-free option available)!
This month, we?ll be benefiting the New York Coalition for Healthy School Food (NYCHSF). NYCHSF introduces plant-based foods and nutrition education in schools to educate the whole school community. The organization does this by working with school districts to develop recipes with a special focus on the entr?e, and developing curriculum and other educational resources for use in the classroom. Stuff some dollars in their donation jar and stock up on their raffle tickets so you can walk away with the following great prizes:
